Efforts are being made to beautify Hernando Beach

Fran Baird has donated space in the parking lot of her Hernando Beach Motel for a Newspaper Recycle Bin.  We ask all residents of Hernando Beach to deposit their newspapers in this bin.  All money received from our newspaper recycling effort will be used to purchase palms to be planted on properties along Shoal Line Blvd.

Recently queen palms were purchased with the recycling money and placed at the VFW and at the Coast Guard Auxiliary.  Many other property owners had planted queen palms in the past.

All property owners along Shoal Line Blvd are encouraged to plant palms to enhance the appearance of our main street, Shoal Line Blvd.  It enhances the value of our property, improves the quality of our life and looks beautiful.
