Can Join?
Any
property owner in Hernando Beach may join the Hernando Beach Property
Owners Association. Dues are $15 annually and membership
runs from January 1st through December 31st. With your membership
you will receive our excellent and informative newsletter, The
Beachcomber mailed to you.
 Benefits
of Joining
There
are several benefits to becoming a member of HBPOA. Our members
are not just neighbors but they are friends with a common
interest in the betterment of their community. Together
we address issues and concerns that affect Hernando Beach by joining
together as one voice to the community and to county and state
officials. Over the years we have worked diligently for
additional street lighting along Shoal Line Blvd, the widening
of Shoal Line Blvd, the dredging of the Hernando Beach main
channel, flood zone building issues, and many other concerns
that affect our coastal community. Our members are active
in local and county organizations and county government.
Join us, get involved and help us make our little piece of paradise
an even better place to live!
How Can You Join?
To
join we need a completed application form and membership
dues for the first year. Please contact us for more information
and a copy of the application. Click on the link below and
type "HBPOA Application" in the subject line and "Please email
me an application in the body of the message " along
with your name and HB property address.
